You're so 80's and new wave MrsJones.
I'd add Depeche Mode - Personal Jesus
The Cure - The Kiss
Maybe go a little further back in time and add Neil Young's Cinnomon Girl and Hey Hey My My
ok, today i was invited to go my favorite local radio station (94.7 sacramento) and record some stuff about my favorite playlist.
i had submitted this list about a month ago and got the call on monday to come on down to the radio station.
i took my hubby, got to meet the dj (a very cool and nice guy indeed) and just had a very nice time.

I didn't believe it while I was a JW. I practiced some yoga the whole time I was in the Watchtower. I even did the Sun Salute...OMG! My wife who is still a JW bought me a new yoga mat about a year ago so I don't think they all believe that way. When I left the Watchtower and went to a fundamentalist church I found some of the same fearful attitudes that a lot of JWs had to things like yoga. Crazy isn't a Watchtower exclusive.
I agree with what Skeeter1 said about it building more strength than weight training. I can go to the gym 3 or 4 days in a row and work out pretty hard and feel fine then go to a vigorous vinyasa yoga glass and find my stomach, arms, and legs all soar the next day.
How much emphasis is placed on the spiritual aspects of yoga can vary from instuctor to intructor and from class to class. My friend who instructs at the church I attend places a lot of emphasis on meditation and chanting other classes I've been to can are mostly just the physical aspects of yoga. As usually religious fear superstition can keep someone ignorant about something that is good for them and that they may really enjoy.
i had two new positions open up out of the blue recently and as luck would have it...for some reason i know a helluva lotta ex-jws lol!
especially with two young and popular dfd sons who also hang with a lot of ex dubs...but that maybe is another thread....we are drawn to those with similarities very often and being an exjw is a pretty small club....and we left a true brotherhood to many and a network for sure to everyone else.
so at work none of the non jws care for the jws and some have asked them to stop giving them paper crap and leave them alone...when one of them acted pissed that i had told some of the guys he would not ride with me to a jobsite lmao....of course they thought a new level of insanity had overtaken one of my normally great employees...so i told her "why would i not mention that to the shop guy/friends...im not ashamed of anything???".
I'm glad you are doing so well and are not being vendictive.
good evening jwn!!...
i just upgraded my firefox but can`t cut and paste like i normally do... i need some feed back... .
can you see the picture i`m posting and mutley laughing his ass off...
Mutley's not laughing. He's flipping me off. I reporting him. The cat is ok.
even when i was a devout witless, i always winced a bit when i heard or especially had to utter "jehovah".
it's just one of those uncomfortable words to say like "colostomy", "vagina", or "erectile dysfunction"..
Jah hudga ajah... Jah hudg ajah...... No, not at all.
just ron got a phone call from the an elder today...they want to "meet" with us.
lol like that's gonna happen, right?
anyway, at least they had the good sense to have brother hasn't pissed us off yet call instead of brother thinks we shouldn't feed our kids or brother beat our kid.
Tell them you'll meet with them for drinks at El Torito as long as they are buying. No El Torito pick another bar.

If he would have lived he would have done it again. The father saved other children from this predator. I can't imagine a lot of people with small children in that neigborhood being sad that he is gone.
peace, and love to you.
we are all in this together,to some, we're birds of a featherhowever, no matter what they say,we'll continue to watch, fight, and pray.
sylvia.
i was looking over the upcoming september 15 watchtower study article where it says that in 1919, something woke (the anointed) up!
jesus had come to inspect all those who called themselves christians.
some of the anointed did not pass this inspection.. but as many of us know, none of the anointed would have passed an inspection of the 48 teachings that are mentioned in chapter 3 of captives of a concept.. for example: according to the proclaimers book, none of the anointed woke up to jesus invisible presence beginning in 1914 until 1943 - 24 years after jesus inspection was over.
Hey Cameron, I have news for you. There was no 1919 inspection and if there was those boneheads would have flunked royally but not as bad a the present day Watchtower would have. BTW I realize you already know this.
peace, and love to you.
